Upgrade/downgrade options

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time as long as your subscription is active. There are two methods to change your subscription plan - through the account menu or directly from the dashboard.

Upgrade or Downgrade from the Account Menu

  • Log in to your AppMySite account and locate your current subscription plan under your app name on the top left corner.

  • Click on the plan name, and you will be redirected to the pricing page.

  • Select the plan of your choice for upgrade or downgrade.

Upgrade process

  • Upon selecting the plan to upgrade, you will be redirected to the cart and checkout page to complete the payment.

  • Your plan will be upgraded as soon as the payment is processed. Access to upgraded features will be granted immediately.

  • You will be charged on a prorated basis, and your billing cycle will remain unchanged.

Downgrade process

  • For a subscription downgrade, select the desired plan and your subscription will be downgraded instantly.

  • The downgrade will be effective at the end of your billing cycle.

Change it from the dashboard

Upgrade or Downgrade from the Dashboard:

  • Log in to your AppMySite account and access the Dashboard, where you can find information about your current plan.

  • Click on the "Upgrade" option, and you will be redirected to the pricing page.

  • Select the plan for upgrade or downgrade.

Upgrade process

  • Upon selecting the plan to upgrade, you will be redirected to the cart and checkout page for payment.

  • Your plan will be upgraded upon processing the payment, and you will gain immediate access to upgraded features.

  • Charges will be prorated, and the billing cycle will remain unchanged.

Downgrade process

  • To downgrade, select the desired plan and your subscription will be downgraded instantly.

  • The downgrade will take effect at the end of your billing cycle.
