What are Prorated credits, and will I get any on plan change?

Prorated credits are the balance amount deducted from your ongoing plan when changing to a new plan, ensuring you only pay the difference in cost. If you try upgrading to a higher plan, you will only be required to pay the difference in price after accounting for the prorated credits.
