Refund policy

What is AppMySite's refund policy?

The subscription fee for your AppMySite plan is non-refundable. If you downgrade in the middle of your billing cycle, your app will continue to work until the end of the billing period.

Understand before you subscribe

At AppMySite, we want you to make an informed decision before purchasing a paid subscription. That's why we offer a free Trial License with our Preview plan. This no-credit-card-required trial allows you to extensively test our platform and discover all its aspects to see if it truly suits your needs.

However, please note that due to the generous trial access, all subscription fees for paid plans are non-refundable.

We highly encourage you to take full advantage of the trial period to:

  • Explore all features and functionalities.

  • Build and test your app.

  • Evaluate pricing plans and choose the best fit for your needs.

Remember, your satisfaction is our priority. If you encounter any issues or have questions during the trial, our support team is happy to help! By providing a comprehensive trial experience, we aim to ensure you make a confident decision when choosing AppMySite.

Once you decide to subscribe to a paid plan, you must choose a plan based on your requirements and provide billing and payment details. It's important to note that the subscription fee for your AppMySite plan is non-refundable.

You have the flexibility to downgrade to a free plan at any time from within your account, and after downgrading, your paid app will cease to work at the end of your billing cycle. Additionally, you can delete your Apps, Workspaces, and Account to prevent accidental resubscription and avoid unexpected future charges.

For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, Terms & Conditions, and our Refund Policy. We encourage you to explore AppMySite thoroughly during the trial period to ensure our product aligns with your needs before making any subscription decisions.
