How to design the main banner for your app’s home screen?

Creating a visually appealing main banner is essential for your app’s home screen. If you’re using the WordPress solution, follow these steps to design the main banner:

Step 1: Log in to AppMySite

• Log in to your AppMySite account.

• Navigate to Navigation > Home Header to access the main banner settings.

Step 2: Select a banner image

• Click on the field under Select Image Banner.

• Enter a search term in the image library to find relevant images.

• Click on the image you like and select DONE to use it as your banner.

• To upload your own image:

  • Click the Upload Image button at the top right corner of the image library.

  • Drag and drop an image or click the window to upload it from your device.

  • Once uploaded, click DONE to save your image.

Make sure the image file meets the required specifications:

• File format: PNG, JPG

• File size: 1125 x 480 px

Step 3: Select a solid color for the banner

• Open the color panel under Select Solid Color.

• Choose a color for the banner or enter a hex code or RGB values for precise selection.

Step 4: Add and customize banner text

• Click on the Banner Text field and enter your message

You can enter a maximum of 15 characters for the banner text.

• Customize the text with the following options:

  • Font: Select a font from the dropdown menu.

  • Font Size: Choose the size of your text.

  • Text Color: Pick a color or enter a hex code or RGB values.

• Align your text on the banner using the Align buttons (left, center, or right).

Step 5: Save your design

Once you’ve customized your banner, click SAVE to apply your changes.
