A page is an area where you can display content and be about anything. Common pages include Home, About, and Contact pages.
Follow these steps to create a new page for your app:
Navigate to the Pages section of your app.
Click on the +Create button at the top right of the screen.
Title
Enter a title for your page.
The title appears in the app header and cannot be rearranged.
Preview the placement of the title in the emulator.
Image
Upload an image to enhance your page’s visual appeal.
Adjust the image ratio to fit your layout.
Click Upload to choose from:
AppMySite Image Library – Filter images by orientation, color, or keyword search.
Advanced Design Editor – Click Create to design an image from scratch.
Pre-Designed Image Upload – Upload an image from your device.
Heading
Add bold, clear headings to highlight important sections.
Align the heading to the left, center, or right based on your preference.
Paragraph
Add a text block to describe your content, product, or service.
Customize the text by making it bold, italic, underlined, aligned, or adding:
Bullet points
Hyperlinks
Click Add Section to include more content sections on your page.
Gallery
Showcase multiple images in a gallery format.
Customize the gallery layout by selecting:
Number of columns and rows from the dropdown menu.
Image ratio based on your design preference.
Upload images from:
AppMySite Image Library
Your device
Advanced Design Editor to create custom images.
Video
Upload engaging multimedia content to enhance your page.
Alternative option: Paste a video link to embed it on your page.
Upload a custom thumbnail for the video.
Supported formats for a video upload is MP4, MOV, M4V, 3GP (Max file size: 200 MB).
Code
Add iframe snippets for interactive content or specialized features.
Button
Insert interactive buttons to direct users to:
External web pages
Other posts or pages
Emails or phone numbers
Customize buttons by selecting:
Button color
Text color
Spacer
Add spacing between elements to ensure a clean and organized layout.
Adjust the space size from the dropdown menu.
Separator
Use separators to visually divide different sections of your page.
Customize the separator by adjusting:
Width of the border
Color
YouTube Video
Embed YouTube videos by pasting the video link.
Facebook Video
Engage your audience with Facebook content by pasting a Facebook video link.
Vimeo Video
Showcase Vimeo-hosted videos by pasting the Vimeo link into this block.
Any section can be cloned, hidden or deleted by expanding the section. You can also re-arrange the order of these sections as per your preference.
Once you have added the sections on your page, you can customize the settings by clicking the “Settings” button in the top menu. This will allow you to select both the author and the parent page for your new page, which are optional.
Click Save draft to revisit this page before publishing. Click the Save button if you are happy with the page and want to make it live on your app.
Custom pages can only be added to the Custom App solution. For the Web to App, WordPress, and WooCommerce solutions, pages are directly fetched from your website, and therefore, custom pages cannot be incorporated into these solutions.
