How to connect your email server to your Agency account?
AppMySite automatically sends emails to customers for actions like changing plans, password resets, and more. You can have your clients and customers receive emails from your email name and server by connecting it to your Agency account. Here’s how the process works:
Navigate to the Email screen from your Agency dashboard.
Enter the From name. This will appear as the sender’s name on all emails sent.
Enter the From address. This is the sender ID from which the emails will be sent.
Next, enter your email server’s SMTP details. You should be able to access these details from your email server. The details you’re required to provide are the server name, SMTP username, SMTP password, connection type, and port.
Click on Verify.
You will receive an email from AppMySite to verify the sender’s email.
Once verified, your email server will be connected to your Agency account.
Once the email server is connected, all system emails will be sent with your specified 'From' name and email address.
