How to enable Offline mode in your app?

The Offline Mode feature allows your app users to access essential content even without an active internet connection. This is particularly useful for improving user experience in low-connectivity areas. Follow this guide to enable and configure offline mode for your app.

Step 1: Access the Offline Mode Setting

• Log in to your AppMySite dashboard.

• Navigate to General > Settings.

• Locate the toggle for Enable Offline Mode.

Step 2: Enable Offline Mode

• Toggle the Enable Offline Mode option to turn on offline functionality for your app.

• Save the settings to apply the changes.

Step 3: What Offline Mode Does

• Offline Mode caches critical app content, allowing users to:

  • View cached data without an internet connection.

  • Continue engaging with the app seamlessly in low or no-connectivity environments.

Important Notes

• Content Caching: The app caches content when the user is online. Only the cached content will be available offline.

• Access to saved content: Users can now view previously loaded content, such as posts, and pages, while offline.

• Dynamic Features: Features that require real-time data will not work in Offline Mode.

By enabling Offline Mode, you enhance the reliability of your app, ensuring users can interact with your app even when connectivity is an issue.
