Create pages

How to create pages on my custom app?

A page is an area where you can display content and be about anything. Common pages include Home, About, and Contact pages.

Follow these steps to create a new page for your app:

  • Navigate to the “Pages” screen of your app.

  • Click on the “+Create” button on the top right of the screen.

Title

Add a “Title” for your page. You will see the placement of the title in the emulator.

Image

Upload an image to enhance the visual appeal of your content. Adjust the image ratio to your preference. Click on the upload button to select from the various options available. You can choose media from the AppMySite image library. Filter images by their orientation or color or search through the search box. Click the “Create” button to design an image from scratch using our advanced design editor. For pre-designed images, click “Upload”.

Heading

Highlight important sections with clear and bold headings. Align the heading to the left, centre, or right, as you prefer.

Click on “Add section” to add more sections to your page.

Insert engaging buttons to direct users and encourage interaction. Buttons can be hyperlinked to an external web page or any post, page email or phone number. Design the button by selecting the button color and text color.

Spacer

Once you have added the sections on your page, you can customize the settings by clicking the “Settings” button in the top menu. This will allow you to select both the author and the parent page for your new page, which are optional.

Click "Save draft" to revisit this page before publishing. Click the Publish button if you are happy with the page and want to make it live on your app.

Custom pages can only be added to the Custom App solution. For the Web to App, WordPress, and WooCommerce solutions, pages are directly fetched from your website, and therefore, custom pages cannot be incorporated into these solutions.
